Currently on a global festival journey, "Taiyyo No Tamago" has been hailed for its poignant portrayal of Indian society’s cultural complexities. Recently celebrated at the Alpaviram festival, National Institute of Design Ahmedabad,  the film stood out and garnered praise for its exploration of moral dilemmas and the clash between duty and desperation. The jury labelled the film as :
